Only one Discount Code can be applied on each order

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to Heart4food’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability; Heart4food reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable

You are not allowed to cancel the order once a Confirmation of Order is issued

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior and separate notice


Heart4Food products are baked or cooked fresh upon receiving orders, so allow at least 2-3 days for delivery

Delivery fee starts from RM8 and is calculated at Checkout

Any Delivery Discount is automatically applied at Checkout

Delivery is free for orders from RM150

You will receive a notification to confirm the delivery date

Delivery is fulfilled by a selection of delivery service providers

Only delivery within Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and selected suburbs is available for now

Delivery is from 9am to 10pm daily

Ensure that on the delivery date the recipient’s contact number is reachable

If the order is meant to be a gift, ensure that the recipient is reachable by WhatsApp or call

You may email / WhatsApp / call us to track the delivery of your order

You will receive a notification once the delivery is fulfilled

Heart4Food will not accept responsibility for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

•           The recipient was not present at the address on the delivery date requested

•           There was no such person at the given address

•           The address given was incorrect or incomplete

•           The recipient’s contact was not reachable

In the event of any non-delivery, no refund will be given

Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered, and no refund will be given

Check the goods received are in good condition upon delivery – upon signing for the goods, no claim of damages will be entertained


All goods sold are not returnable

Refund is given only if the product is spoilt or damaged upon delivery – photo / video proof must be immediately sent to us via email heart4foods@gmail.com or WhatsApp 018-231-5010

Refund is made through Bank Transfer, so provide Name, Bank and Account Number
